Sustainable tourism and labelling
B2B meeting and workshop for travel and tourism accommodation professionals
The repeated heat waves, droughts and fires observed in unprecedented vacation destinations such as Brittany will have left a strong impression this year and made people aware of the urgent need to take action against the effects of climate change.
In this context, an engaging and positive discourse on sustainable tourism and above all an acceleration of eco-responsible tourism offers to customers are essential. To achieve this, nationally or internationally recognized labelling or certification processes allow tourism companies to act to change their practices and renew their offers.
To support this change, the European TouriSME project brings together travel and accommodation companies to implement a sustainable tourism approach.
The Institut Paris Region, partner of the TouriSME project, invites you to a day dedicated to environmental certification in the travel and accommodation sector with inspiring presentations and B2B meetings based on individual meetings.
Participation to this day is free for TouriSME participants and on registration for other participants.
